2. You are not allowed to promote two ranks and above without a valid reason.
3. You are not allowed to promote a worker outside of a working station or outside of the base.
4. You are not allowed to promote a worker with a strike on their motto.
5. You must check the Trial Trainer’s training log before promoting them to Trainer I.
6. You must always check their last promotion time.
7. The promotion time gap is 30 minutes.
