In-agency Rules and Regulations
All General Rules and Regulations are applicable to all members of all ranks, alliance members and VIP of the FIB unless stated.

- Respect everyone regardless of their gender, beliefs, race, rank, or sexuality.
- Profanities are to be kept to a minimum. Usage is to be stopped immediately if requested by someone else.
- Full-sentence caps are to be kept to a minimum unless they are being used for commands, announcements or during freetime.
- Any type of enable, transform, dance, or fastwalk command is NOT allowed in ANY part of the FIB premises unless freetime is announce by one of the foundation member.
- Spamming chat bubbles is not allowed, which includes the usage of :sex and :weed unless freetime is announce by one of the foundation members.
- The commands :dropkick, push, pull and slap are allowed but cannot be spammed or used in an inappropriate manner (eg. pulling someone and stealing their station).
- Sitting and laying is NOT allowed anywhere within the base.
- Never ask for promotions, pay, codes, web rights, room rights or forum rights. Exceptions to this rule are:
- If the user meets the VIP requirement for the code
- If the user has reached the required rank needed for the rights or codes.
- Never double-job or self-promote.
- AFK-ing is NOT allowed on any of the work stations (FTF, FTS and FTT).
- Entry to base is only allowed if worker has the correct rank and is able to provide their promoter’s FULL username which matches the promoter’s tag on their motto.
- Workers who are also VIPs MUST have their mottos on while in base, otherwise they will be denied entry or kicked out of the base.
- Do not ignore a command given by a higher rank.
- Harassment of other players and agencies is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. This includes advertising FIB/trolling/intentionally starting drama in other agencies.
- All workers and VIPs must, at all times, clear the hallways.
- Workers below the rank of Trial Security Agent are NOT allowed to FTS, while workers below the rank of Trial Trainer are NOT allowed to FTT.
- Workers with the rank Trial Trainer and above MUST have their own promoter’s tag. The promoter’s tag has a three character limit and can consist of letters and numbers.
- Sales of ranks and VIP is STRICTLY prohibited unless it is being done by a member of the Financial Unit.
- Handling of transfers and alliances is STRICTLY PROHIBITED unless it is being done by a member of 2iC or 1iC (for transfers) or a member of foundation (for alliances).
- All workers must speak English within base.
HR+ Rules and Regulations
All HR+ Rules and Regulations are applicable to all members of the high ranks division and above unless stated.

- Do not abuse the power and authority of your rank. This includes striking/demoting/firing powers and room/forum/web rights for the 1iC+.
- All HRs MUST have a forum account and log regularly.
- They MUST be active for at least 3 hours a day, working in stations.

Trial iC+ Rules and Regulations
All Trial iC+ Rules and Regulations are applicable to all members of the iC divisions unless stated.

- They MUST be active for more than 3 hours a day, working in stations.
- Leave of absences should be filed when being inactive for a period of time.
- If a Trial iC+ fails to come online for 2 weeks/be active, they will be subjected to demotion.
1iC+ Rules and Regulations
All 1iC+ Rules and Regulations are applicable to all members of the founders’ committee and foundation unless stated.

- Room/Web/Forum rights must be used in the correct manner and not for one’s advantage.
- Forums must be checked upon regularly for updates within base.
- All members of 1iC and foundation MUST be a member of the Financial Unit.
- Weekly reports must be done based on the iC Division assigned to them and submitted to one of the respective foundation members by every Sunday.
Unit Rules and Regulations
All Unit Rules and Regulations are applicable to all members of the different units (Disciplinary Unit, Innovation Unit, Financial Unit, Events Team, and News Team) unless stated.

- The minimum rank requirement to join a unit is Trial High Rank.
- The unit members must attend all meetings unless on LOA or has given an excuse to their in-charge.
- The unit members must attend to their responsibilities in the unit and submit on time.
- Unit members must behave appropriately both in base and in activities outside of base, eg. meetings and FIB Events
- Exclusive Units must provide training to all new members, this is mandatory.
VIP Rules and Regulations
All VIP Rules and Regulations are applicable to all VIP members unless stated.

- VIPs must abide by all general agency rules.
- VIPs must never give away or leak codes, if caught doing so they will be punishable via VIP Strikes.
- Payment must be given to obtain VIP status unless they are given DVIP by the Founding Mother or Father.
- VIPs cannot re-buy their status once they have been removed due to breaking rules.
- Base areas can only be accessed by the corresponding VIP status.
Failure to abide in any of these rules and regulations will result in punishment via Section 4 (Consequences for Violations) of the CoC and/or termination from the agency depending on the severity.

Promotion Policies
The promotion policies are to be followed at all times when promoting a worker.

- The person you are promoting must be working hard and behaving well.
- Do not skip ranks whilst promoting someone. If you have done so, you must provide a reason when you are to log the worker.
- Promotions must only be done at working stations; workers cannot be promoted if they are sitting in FTB.
- Promoters must check the time of the previous promotion with the worker and make sure that there is a gap of 30 minutes (for divisions Agent to Elite) or 1 hour (for divisions HR to Leadership) between promotions.
- Do not promote past the rank your position allows. Check the ranks list to see what rank you can promote to.
- Do not promote or attempt to promote people of higher rank than you.
- Promotion lines DO NOT apply for Head Leaders. Head Leaders can only be promoted outside of promotion lines.
- Always log your promotions on the forums immediately; if not immediately, as soon as possible.
Training Policies
The training policies are to be followed at all times when training a recruit.

- Always use the scripts provided on the webs. Whether it be the recruit, security, training or high rank script.
- Do not skip the rules and regulations of our base in the recruit script.
- Never skip the training tests.
- When training a recruit they get 3 chances if they misbehave. If they fail to cease, then the trainer is encouraged to stop the training and call for an RR holder.
- Do not accept bribes for answers or a pass.
- Always give the trainee the correct rank upon completion of the test based on their answers.
- Always log the training session on the forums immediately after training; if not immediately, as soon as possible.
Disciplinary Policies
The disciplinary policies should be acted upon immediately once conflicts are to happen within base.

- If the worker has been caught breaking the rules in any way, they are subjected to being warned UNLESS they are of the HR division and above.
- When punishing offenders, they must be punished fairly according to the severity of their crimes.
- Valid evidence must be provided for the situation before any disciplinary action is enforced. They must be sent to the members of the Disciplinary Unit for approval.
- Always log your strikes/demotions/fires on the forums immediately; if not immediately, as soon as possible.
- If the disciplinary action taken upon the offending worker was not logged on the forums, the issuing worker will get striked.
- The logs will be reviewed by a member of the Disciplinary Unit and will be approved/rejected based on the evidence provided in the log or sent to the members of the Disciplinary Unit.
Transfer Policies
The transfer policies are to be followed at all times when transferring a worker of a different agency.

- Only members of 2iC, 1iC, or iC can handle transfer cases.
- Transfers must ONLY be handled at the transfer desk in the lobby.
- The following information must be acquired: full agency name, owner, website/forums and reason for transferring.
- The person you are transferring must provide evidence (a website) of the position they are in.
- Transfers are only acceptable if their information is correct and matches the evidence provided.
- A transfer from someone who has been fired, quit or the agency has closed down is to be denied, as they no longer obtain a rank.
- The highest transferable rank is Trial iC, and should only be given to workers who used to be iCs of their previous agency.
- Always log your transfers on the forums immediately; if not immediately, as soon as possible.
Alliance Policies
The alliance policies are to be followed at all times when creating an alliance between agencies.

- Allies are considered BVIP, whereas members of foundation and 1iC are to be considered SVIP inside FIB (unless discussed by the Founding Parents).
- Only the Founding Mother and Father can handle alliance cases.
- All terms and conditions of the alliance must be agreed upon by both agencies before accepting the ally-ship.
- Any alliances that are currently active with FIB are to be listed on the website.

Events Team
- Members of the Events Team are not allowed to receive Pay2Skip, Pay2Win or any kind of payments from event participants. They are also not allowed to aide participants in any way.
- Event rooms must be seen and approved by the Overseer at least 24 hours before the actual event. If the Overseer is not available, the Overseer must be notified before a member of foundation is called to approve the room.
- Members of the unit that have been assigned as host for the event of the week MUST be present during the event. If a carnival is to be held that day, all Events Team members are to be online during the event.
- During the event, either the Head, Assistant Head or Overseer must be present.
- Hosts must submit a log of all the winners of the event or game to the Head or Assistant Head of Events Team.
- Members of the unit are NOT allowed to give the prizes to the winners. Only the Overseer, Head or Assistant Head of Events Team OR a member of the Financial Unit is allowed to give the prizes to the winners.
Disciplinary Unit
- Members of the Disciplinary Unit have the ability to fire, demote or strike up to the rank of 1iC.
- Forums are to be monitored at all times. Logs are to be reviewed within 24 hours of being posted.
- Officers must respond to at least 2 logs a week on the forums.
- Members of the Disciplinary Unit who are involved in conflict are subject to punishment decided by the Disciplinary Director.
Financial Unit
- The seller must be a worker who obtains a rank of 1iC+ or higher.
- Ranks can only be sold to current FIB workers. This means that the buyer must be in the Agent Division or higher, and they have passed recruit training.
- Sellers must ensure that their buyer have been trained (FTS, FTT, HR) immediately after the rank has been purchased, whether they train the buyer themselves or delegate another worker to train the buyer.
- All proceeds must be handed over to the Director of Financial Unit or the Manager of Financial Unit.
News Team
- Members of the News Team are to choose from the four available positions: writer, quiz conductor, interviewer, and story teller.
- All members of the News Team must work on a minimum of 2 sections per month.
- The sections are to be passed on Wednesdays to the Director and Deputy Director.
- The weekly newsletter will be posted to the forum on Fridays by the Director.
Innovation Unit
- Members of the Innovation Unit must complete all tasks given to them by either the Executive Director or Director.
- A minimum of 3 Idea Reports must be completed per month, not including the Executive Director. The Director may request to to skip another weekly round of reports, if their workload is heavy.
- The Executive Director only needs to submit 2 idea reports a month.
PA Unit
- The only workers who can have Personal Assistants are foundation and 1iC.
- Only members of Trial iC to 3iC can become a Personal Assistant.
- A position Personal Assistant does not give the individual any certain powers or abilities; they serve as an aide to their boss.

Leave of Absences
A Leave of Absence [LoA] is a granted period of time in which a worker has permission to be absent from the workplace.

- The maximum length of one’s LOA is to be 7 days long. Special permission from foundation has to be obtained for LOAs that last longer than 7 days.
- Workers who have applied for LOA will NOT be allowed to come online or in base, unless they are required to attend a meeting or if they are coming online briefly for important FIB matters. Otherwise, they will be asked to go offline or they will be facepalmed.
- Trial iC+ LOAs are to be reviewed by a member of 1iC or foundation. 1iC LOAs are to be reviewed by foundation.

Strikes
Workers are to be striked after a warning has been issued UNLESS they are a member of HR division and above.

- The number of the strikes issued should be proportionate to the rules they’ve violated.
- Minor offences = x1
- Major offences = x2/x3/fired

- Violation of the Trial iC+ rules = 3-day strike
- Consistent behavior = 5-day strike
- The strike system will take place after the first warning is issued.
- x1 will be given to the worker who has been warned but refused to obey the order that was given.
- x2 will be given to the worker continues disobeying any of the rules.
- x3 will be given to the worker does not show any improvement in behavior. The offending worker will also be demoted at this strike.
- The moment they misconduct again, they will be immediately terminated from the agency with documented proof.
- Strikes should be logged on the forums immediately; if not immediately, as soon as possible.

Workers are to be demoted during their third strike OR if the severity of the offence was major.

- Giving a demotion is compulsory when issuing the worker a strike of x3.
- The amount of ranks to be demoted depends on the circumstances and severity of the crime.
- When demoting more than one division, one must provide a reason with permission from a member of Disciplinary Unit, 1iC, or foundation.
- Demotions may be given if users are repeat offenders.

- A Kick-on-Sight request must be made by users below the rank of 1iC+ or if the person they want to Kick-on-Sight is a member of the iC divisions. These requests should only be entertained by a member of 1iC or foundation.
- A worker who has been fired can be rehired by gaining the approval of a member of foundation or Disciplinary Unit.
- People who have been fired can still come into the base if they obtain VIP status.
Kick on Sight
Users, be it workers or non-workers, may be placed on Kick-on-Sight if they repeatedly and severely broke the general rules and regulations.

- A user who has been placed on the Kick-on-Sight list can only return to the FIB with special permission.
- Users placed on the Kick-on-Sight list must be kicked from the FIB base and any other base activities such as events.

VIP Strikes
VIPs are punishable through strikes. A striking system made for VIPs will take place if they are to break any of the general or VIP rules and regulations.

- VIP strikes follow the same striking system as the strikes of workers.
- A strike given to a VIP member is to be logged as per usual and posted on the webs next to their name.

- When a VIP has obtained 3 strikes and commits another crime, their VIP status is to be taken away.
