POSTING AN EVIDENCE
When issuing strikes, fire, and/or demotion you must always provide evidence on your logs as a proof of what you are saying is true.
If you do not provide an evidence the Foundation (iC) and DU will deny your log and will possibly let workers get away with their bad behavior.
This guide will help you the proper way of posting and adding an evidence to your logs.

Option 1: PRINTSCREEN
There are different ways in taking a print screen
Windows1. Press prntscr/printscr on your keyboard.
2. Open paint and paste (ctrl+ v) your screenshot. 3. Go to prnt.sc, click browse images and look for the screenshot. 4. Once you are done, a link of your screenshot will show up. 5. Copy (ctrl + c) and paste (ctrl + v) the link and post it on your log as evidence. |
Mac1. Press command + shift + 3 on your keyboard.

1. Download Lightshot and choose Download for Windows.
2. After downloading the software install it. 3. On the very right side of your task bar where the battery, time, and etc can be seen you will see a logo of Lightshot. Click on it. 4. Select the area in your screen where you want to take the screenshot. 5. Afterwards, click on the save logo. 6. Scan through your folders where your screenshot was saved. (Best if you save your screenshots on desktop.) 7. Go to prnt.sc, click browse images and look for the screenshot. 8. Once you are done, a link of your screenshot will show up. 9. Option 2: CREATING AN EVIDENCE CHAT (KIK)
If you have a Kik account, better. If not, make one.
1. Take a pic using your phone.
2. Create a group chat to send your screenshots.
3. In making a group chat, you can name it (Your username)'s Evidence.
4. Add the following members in the chat. (Their Kik username is in brackets)
- Kanika (1196_1196)
- GiIgamesh / Havelock (Havelock or Phroditus) [The I is capital i]
- EIliot (Elliot.lucas)
- JohnB13 (Alexandxr_b13)
- Viniuehara (kjvellberg)
- xxBrie (xxBrie.) [With a dot in the end]
- FranceFTW (FranceFTW1997)
- Made1ne (BridgetMadss)
- Epiduk (EpiDuk)
5. Add "Evidence will be sent on Kik" on your log as evidence.

Option 3: ADDING ATTACHMENTS
1. Take a screenshot and save it.
2. When you create a log you can see the "attach images button".
3. Click on it, look through your photos where you saved your screenshot, and add the screenshot.
