Transferring is an ability of the worker to specialize in transferring members from a different agency to Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB).
The ONLY workers who can transfer are: 2iC, 1iC, and Foundation (iC). A non 2iC+ who will be caught transferring will have a consequence to face.

- The transferee must have worked in the agency for a week.
- The transferee must be at Security Division or higher.
- The transferee must be able to provide the agency’s website and/or forums.
- The transferee must be not have been fired from the agency.
- The transferee must not be fond of loop/hop agencies given a span of a week.
- The agency must be running for at least a month.
- The agency must not have been shut down.
- An inactive member who was removed may return and will be given a lower rank.
- A member must only be given two chances to return to FIB after transferring away.
- A returning member who has been fired from FIB is denied from transferring unless given approval.
