Bullying is the main problem of F.I.B ever since it started. Most employees of FIB are being bullied every single day and couldn’t find any reason to report it towards Disciplinary Unit or Legal Affairs.
Therefore, here are the examples of bullying that you could report towards Disciplinary Unit or Legal Affairs:

- Disrespecting co-worker’s/vip’s rank, race, physical appearance and sexuality.
- Harrassed by an employee/vip or group of employees continuously
- Using verbal abuse directly towards an employee even after being asked to stop
- Discouraging or making an employee for something they possess or something they can’t access.
- Accusing or blaming an employee with no solid evidence provided.
- Refusing to leave an employee alone despite being told to stop. (Stalking, Trashtalking etc.)
- Laughing towards the worker’s personal problems such as family issues and any other real life serious problems.
- Making fun of an employee about the situation or issue they’re in. (Work related)
- Encouraging a vip/worker to turn against a worker.
- Threatening to expose a worker’s personal possession or conversation.
Please take note that this examples are applied to VIP members and workers only. If a VIP has been caught their vip will be striked or removed immediately.
